Video performance
The performance reflects the art institutional collection from the De Appel ‘unintended archive’. The performers physically research the props in the de Appel Archive from performances that took place in De Appel in the 80’s 90’s and years 2000. In order to be able to go beyond their descriptive status in the archive and to regain a performative condition of the props as a materialised monument of the time, the props are reperformed and interacted with them as current’s productions.
